Service Technician (m/f/d)

Maintenance and repair of global mechanical and electrical systems Independent installation according to drawing specifications (E-Plan, Mechanical plans)
Planning and conducting training in process and procedural technology for customers Commissioning, functional testing, and optimization of customer systems at the factory and on-site, both domestically and internationally
Conducting technical clarifications with customers, suppliers, and other departments Analysis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and programming errors, both remotely and on-site at customer facilities worldwide
Coordination of customer-specific skilled workers, assistants, and subcontractors on the construction site
Preparation of plant assessments and service reports to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety measures.

That sets you apart

Completed training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electrician Experience in the service sector, preferably in an industrial environment
Excellent knowledge of SIEMENS S7/TIA/WinCC and E-Plan
Solid knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Proficient in using MS Office applications
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
Driver's license class B (formerly 3) required
High willingness to travel
Team spirit and analytical thinking
Strong communication skills in dealing with customers
